Be part of our expanding presence in the Central Coast and enjoy the support of two experienced Senior Occupational Therapists who are passionate about mentoring and helping you grow; both personally and professionally.
While we currently operate under a remote model, we have exciting plans to open a local office as our team continues to grow. In the meantime, you’ll need to feel confident and comfortable working independently from home, with plenty of virtual support and connection along the way.

Joining our Central Coast team, you’ll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. Here, you’ll find a career that offers not just a job, but a fulfilling journey making real differences in people’s lives.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants’ homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you’re dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you’ll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

  • Support and Supervision: You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges and an experienced and dedicated 1:1 Supervisor to guide you.

  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.

  • Better Flex Policy: Flexible hours and the opportunity to flex off when you’ve completed your client work!
  • Clear KPIs: Realistic, achievable and sustainable monthly targets.
  • Better Rewards Program: Earn bonus pay or extra leave, or redeem points for PD, gadgets and experiences!
  • Paid Parental Leave: 8 weeks for the primary carer and 2 for the secondary carer.
  • Travel Reimbursement: Work-related travel paid monthly at 92c per KM.
  • National Opportunities across 30 Australian sites.


You’ll need:

  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
