An established automotive group is seeking an experienced Group Business Manager to lead Finance & Insurance performance across multiple Brisbane locations.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an experienced automotive finance professional who knows how to lift performance through strong people leadership, disciplined processes and consistent compliance.
You will take ownership of the broader F&I function, working closely with leadership, Business Managers and external finance and insurance partners to achieve penetration, profitability and customer service objectives.

You will bring at least two years of proven experience in a Group Business Manager position or a closely comparable automotive finance leadership role.
Automotive retail experience is strongly preferred, although candidates from a closely aligned industry may be considered where their background includes comparable F&I, sales leadership, people management and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
