The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed scopes of works for insurance repairs
• Producing accurate labour, material and subcontractor estimates
• Reviewing building reports, photos and claim documentation
• Obtaining and assessing trade and supplier quotations
• Managing variations and changes throughout the estimating process

What You’ll Bring We are looking for someone with:

• Estimating experience within insurance or residential construction
• Strong knowledge of building methods, materials and repair processes
• Ability to produce detailed and accurate scopes of works
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communication with trades, suppliers and stakeholders

Coming From Residential? Insurance experience is highly regarded, but it isn't essential.
