The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of a high-performing kitchen operation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead and develop a talented kitchen team while overseeing food quality, menu development, kitchen finances, compliance, and daily operations. This role is ideal for a passionate culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is focused on delivering exceptional food experiences while driving business performance.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop high-performing kitchen teams
  • Sound understanding of food cost control, labour management, stock control, and kitchen profitability
  • Demonstrated experience in menu development, recipe creation, and maintaining consistent food standards
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, compliance requirements, and kitchen operational procedures
