POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Group CMO, you will be responsible for delivering business growth both directly to market and in partnership with our franchisees through community‑based programs in NSW. This role is crucial in expanding our client base through direct consumer outreach, business‑to‑business (B2B) partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
Using your experience as a sales professional, strong established networks within the B2B space, and your knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care sectors, you will focus on attracting new clients through exciting community initiatives, ensuring Home Caring continues to be a provider of choice. This, coupled with your direct market access, ensures we utilise diversified skill sets to continue to achieve above market growth rates.
You will be provided with a comprehensive training program, ongoing operational support, and full suite of cloud‑based tools, as well as work with respected, industry experts for coaching and guidance.

Sales & Business Growth
Identify and secure new clients, fostering long‑term relationshipsDevelop and execute localised sales strategies to attract new customersWork closely with local franchisee on client experiences, setting realistic timelines, expectations and sales processes to turn opportunities into new clientsStakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with referral partners, including healthcare professionals (GPs, hospitals, allied health providers), community groups, case managers, and aged care coordinatorsNDIS support coordinators, plan managers, and government agenciesRepresent Home Caring at industry events, expos and networking functionsCollaborate with marketing to develop community‑based campaignsDrive brand awareness through local events, social media, and outreach initiativesMonitor campaign ROI and adjust strategies for maximum impactBuild tailored messages to your direct market, social media engagement and direct outreach via social media channels and EDMsDrive thought‑provoking ideas in close collaboration with our franchisees, designing community‑based programs representing our Home Caring values and value proposition to new customers and partnersSales Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain an accurate pipeline of leads using CRM systemsTrack performance against sales KPIs and revenue targetsProvide market insights and identify new opportunities for growthIndustry Knowledge & Compliance
Stay updated on NDIS and aged care funding models, policies, and regulationsEnsure all client engagements meet compliance and quality assurance standardsSkills & Requirements
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the NDIS or Aged Care spaceExisting networks within the aged care, disability, or healthcare sectorsStrong knowledge of the NDIS, aged care, and home care industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skillsHighly motivated, results‑driven, and target‑orientedAbility to engage multiple stakeholders (care managers, nurses, case workers, etc.)Resilient and tenacious with a passion for helping people access quality careExperience using CRM software to track sales performance, Sales Navigator or use of a health specific database for building events and outreach activity (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
