What You’ll Be Doing

• Journal & Reconciliation : Prepare monthly journals, intercompany charges, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Forecasting & Variance Analysis : Deliver monthly overhead forecasts and perform variance analysis
• Reporting & Compliance : Complete monthly Live Nation reporting, roll forwards, and ensure SOX / SOA compliance regulations are met within stipulated time frames
• Cashflow & Management Report : Produce Face to Face Monthly Management Reports, 3-Way Forecasts, and weekly cashflow forecasts for financial planning
• Banking & Payments : Manage bank account and credit card reconciliations, and review weekly creditor payments for accuracy
• Tax & Regulatory Filings : Prepare Business Activity Statements, provisional tax payments, FBT returns, and withholding tax; liaise with external accountants for year-end reviews
• Insurance & Forex : Prepare business and show insurance claims, and manage foreign exchange requirements
• Tour Accounting : Oversee Tour-related ledger entries, prepare month-end Tour related packs along with supporting analysis and commentary, perform variance analysis between Tour Actuals vs. Forecast, assist the Tour Accountant with Artist payments, and ensure Tour audit files are complete post-tour
• Leadership and Business Partnering : Partner with key stakeholders to provide clear financial insights, strengthen processes, drive continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative, accountable finance culture that delivers high quality work
