- License: Full Australian Drivers License
- Has Police Check: Yes current national police clearance required
- Has Working With Children Check: Yes valid WWCC required
- Provide compassionate, respectful personal care including mobility assistance, bathing support, grooming, and toileting assistance where required
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light household chores, shopping, and medication reminders
- Support clients to maintain independence, encouraging participation in community activities and social engagement
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes to supervisors promptly
- Maintain accurate, timely records of visits and observations using mobile-enabled reporting tools
- Uphold safety standards, infection control procedures, and client confidentiality at all times
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good time management and the ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Comfortable with physically supporting clients and using safe manual handling techniques
- Basic literacy and confidence using a smartphone app to accept shifts and record visits
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to deliver high-quality care
