Full Time Park Manager - Sunshine Coast

Alex Beach Cabins & Tourist Park is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast at Alexandra Headland, providing several budget friendly cabin and caravan accommodation options.

We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service, value for money and well maintained facilities, a short distance from beaches and numerous other coast tourist attractions.

We currently have an opportunity for a Full time, live-in Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a can-do attitude & an outgoing personality. Responsibilities will include managing the housekeeping & front office departments and grounds & building maintenance.

You will receive a remuneration package comprising of an annual salary up to $100,000 + superannuation in addition to onsite accommodation including utilities (electricity, water, and gas) & phone. You will work on a 10 days on, 4 days off fortnightly roster which will include working on weekends & public holidays.

Skills & Experience Required :

• At least 5 years’ experience as a manager in a similar role (hotels or caravan parks).
• Extensive use & understanding of Newbook Reservation management system.
• Sound computer skills including Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Enjoy a high amount of people contact, focusing on excellent customer service.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Overnight hold over experience a must.
