Join our growing team in Newcastle, NSW as a Customer Care Consultant. This is an exciting full-time, 12-month opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will proactively seek solutions that benefit both our customers and our business. With the support of our management and team, you will enhance your customer service skills, address issues and escalations, and utilise your problem-solving abilities to achieve swift and effective outcomes.
