The Business Banking Executive will own the overall performance of the team, including customer outcomes, financial performance, operational management, and meeting the rising community expectations of banks.

In the role of Business Banking Executive, you will join the Regional and Agri South Eastern team that’s doubling down on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it, and winning together.

Lead and support the Bankers in your team to grow existing relationships and build new relationships with customers whilst balancing risk and delivering the right outcomes.

As the face of NAB, role model our values and behaviours in your community and leverage your deep understanding of the local market and broader industry trends.

Own the overall performance of your geography, including customer outcomes, financial performance, operational management, and meeting community expectations.

Drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners, and overall value chain.

Co-create initiatives across the operating model to optimise customer service by collaborating broadly across NAB with specialists and partners.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need :

Significant banking background in either business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised business, or equivalent professional experience in a related career.

Depth and breadth of leadership of a team, ideally with functional and professional diversity.

Experience in both strategy development and execution.

Experience in building your own and the enterprise brand in the external market.

Change management expertise.
