What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in insurance broking
• Experience in entry-level customer service or support roles within general insurance for junior broking roles
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
• A client-first mindset and a proactive approach to service
