Your Next Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Caretaker to join our team at our Queenscliff Holidays site.

Located on the stunning Bellarine Peninsula, BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Queenscliff Beacon offers team members the chance to work in a vibrant coastal park just minutes from the beach and the charming towns of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in looking after general grounds and maintenance duties across the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents! This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during peak seasons.

In this Role, You’ll

• Attend to matters outside of office including but not limited to noise complaints, supplying linen, washing tokens, change for games room, replacing light bulbs/heaters/kettles, electricity faults/safety switches and key to BBQ
• Jump in to support with cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas
• Keep housekeeping and maintenance updated when rooms have been vacated, or when residents or guests need support
• Keep the park safe and secure with regular walk-arounds, lock-ups, and after-hours pool checks
• Be the friendly voice after hours, manage the night phone and assist with late check-ins when needed

• Are friendly, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile for guests and residents
• Are a confident communicator who’s great with people and loves being part of a team
• Are organised and reliable, with a knack for staying on top of tasks
• Are comfortable using computers and handling admin with ease
• Have a full 'C' Class Driver’s Licence and Working With Children check
