You’ll be proactive, commercially aware, and confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. To thrive in this position, you will ideally bring: • Strong, hands-on knowledge of agriculture and the realities of running farming businesses • Solid credit skills, particularly in cashflow lending and structuring more complex deals • Proven success in growing a portfolio and attracting new clients • A well-established network of contacts and referral partners within the industry THE ROLE | You’ll look after a high-value portfolio of commercial customers, working with them to understand their priorities and provide solutions that support their long-term plans. You’ll collaborate with specialists across the business and maintain strong connections with external stakeholders to ensure clients receive excellent service and consistent support.
