At Oknalux, we run a Purpose and Values driven business and are looking for the right high-performing team member who is aligned with our culture to join us in a full time role (8 hour shifts) as a Carpenter.

As part of our team, you will have a unique opportunity to learn more about the Double Glazed Window business, to increase your own self leadership skills, to contribute to the well-being of others and to work in an inspirational team culture.

The role will be based in Hindmarsh with jobs in and around the Adelaide area.

The successful applicant will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years' carpentry / Window installation experience
• Be aligned with the business Purpose & Culture

• Be willing to be held accountable for the responsibilities of their roles
• Be willing to continue to learn and develop their skills
• Have a high attention to detail & high accuracy level
• Have excellent phone & communication skills
• Have advanced computer skills
• Currently C class Australian Driver's Licence (Higher class preferable)
• White Card and Work Safely at Heights (Preferred)

The core Responsibilities & Outcomes for this role include:

• Install, insulate and weather-proof our windows and doors
• Demolition of existing windows
• Finishing off internal and external work for windows
• Unloading / delivery of windows / doors
• Contribute to the 'Continuous Improvement' philosophy of the business
• Other activities that serve the team and business as required

We reward people based on the value they bring to our team. A salary will be negotiated based on experience, and will be between $75,000 - $85,000. This way we ensure a fair value exchange is achieved based on what you could bring and the outcomes & expectations of the role.
