About the Role
As Lead Dentist, you’ll inspire and empower your team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Leading by example, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills to foster a positive team culture, support practice objectives, and ensure a seamless experience for every patient.
Days available: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and alternate Saturdays.

Conveniently located within Woodbridge Shopping Centre, our welcoming practice offers general, cosmetic and paediatric dentistry, with a long-standing team and a loyal patient base.
We are equipped with modern dental technology including OPG, iTero, and intra-oral cameras, supporting a high standard of diagnostics and treatment planning. Our friendly and collaborative team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional care in a relaxed and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practising dentist in Australia
- Invisalign experience highly regarded
- Leadership or mentoring experience desirable
- Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
- High clinical standards, professionalism, and a commitment to patient outcomes
