HR Coordinator

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting our HR operations, with a strong focus on Workday system testing, troubleshooting, data accuracy, and process optimisation .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR coordination experience who has a passion for systems, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities include :

Workday Testing & Support

• Conduct end‑to‑end testing for Workday enhancements, configuration updates, and new functionality.
• Support HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams by identifying issues, logging defects, and validating fixes.
• Assist in preparing test scripts, documentation, and system walk‑throughs.
• Monitor Workday inboxes, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate as required.
• Maintain high standards of data quality across all Workday modules.
