As a valued+ KEY member of this winning fast growing Workers Compensation/WID Team, being mentored by an impressive senior Division HEAD lawyer, you will relish the challenge+stimulation+satisfaction of managing your own full-spectrum workers compensation/Work Injury Damages practice obtaining justice for injured workers.
You will have A to Z carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
