You:

• are an Australian qualified lawyer with 3-15+ years PAE with leading firms/in-house in construction/infrastructure/major projects/property development law (either advisory/transactional or litigation, preferably both);
• have strong technical legal/analytical/problem-solving/drafting+ negotiation/advocacy skills;

• In this KEY senior hands-on role, reporting to the Managing Partner (highly respected with 29+ years exp) with the support of a few juniors, you will relish the challenge+stimulation+rewards advising and litigating on a wide range of construction/property development/infrastructure projects (including related statutory liability [eg trade practices], medical negligence and strata litigation).
