YOUR NEW ROLE
As an integral part of this internationally acclaimed Technology/Media/Telecommunications team (being led and mentored by some of Australia’s top TMT partners), representing top Australian/multi-national companies (including in the fin services/fintech, technology, media/entertainment sectors and fast-growing enterprises), you will love advising on a broad full spectrum of intellectually stimulating and interesting matters relating to:
- Capital raisings, private M&As, corporate governance, joint ventures, strategic partnerships;
- Data commercialization/privacy/protection;
- Broadcasting rights, licensing & distribution of digital content;
- General commercial advice for start-ups/scale-ups.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a corporate/M&A/venture capital lawyer AND/OR TMT/commercial transactional lawyer admitted in Australia (or overseas lawyer qualified in an English common law country undergoing local conversion);
- Have minimum 2+(or more) years POST-admission experience in a corporate/M&A and/or TMT practice with a 1st/2nd-tier/leading specialist boutique firms;
- have strong technical legal skills (drafting/research/analytical/negotiation)+ strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;
- proven ability to manage client relationships+ meet deadlines;
- are committed to your own success (professionally+personally)+ wish to work with, learn from and be inspired by industry-leading passionate professionals.
