YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER

As one of the firm’s KEY senior litigators, reporting to an incredibly multi-talented high profile Managing Partner, you will relish the challenge+ autonomy+ diversity of taking full ownership of your ‘dual’ litigation practice: 1)sophisticated/high-value commercial disputes; and 2) group/class-actions disputes in the superior courts.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Are a senior lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 7-20+ years post qualification experience [up to Special Counsel level] in high-end commercial litigation and/or class actions;
  • Have extensive experience litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
  • have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
  • set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients;
  • thrive in a strong team-focused, down-to-earth, collaborative work environment where high performers are valued+ rewarded.
