YOUR ROLE

In this PIVOTAL key role as SENIOR ASSOCIATE/SPECIAL COUNSEL reporting to the highly respected+ admired erudite managing partner with an impressive success record, you will relish the challenge+ autonomy+ rewards of:

  • taking full ownership of your law practice servicing both the firm’s sophisticated clients+ your own clients;
  • contributing to the further growth/success of the firm.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 7 years-20+ years post qualification experience [up to Special Counsel/Partner level] in at least 1 of: 1) commercial law; 2) insolvency law; and/or 3) employment law.
  • have an existing transferrable client base;
  • desire MORE: 1) TIME (to do what you enjoy); 2) resources/support/existing ‘infrastructure’; 3) $$$; 4) LIFE/BALANCE; and/or 5) financial SECURITY/STABILITY and LESS stress/administration/frustration.
  • have real ambitions to become an equity Partner and seeking a long-term legal ‘home’ where you can make your personal ‘mark’.
  • have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
  • set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for your clients;
  • are highly motivated, think like a business owner, are willing to participate in further growing the business and be rewarded for your efforts.
