YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued lawyer, reporting to/being mentored by an industry-leading managing partner, you will relish the stimulation+ fulfilment fighting to obtain justice for injured clients in relation to their CTP/motor accident (majority) and some workers compensation claims.
You will at the front-line actively managing your own files/clients and assisting the partner with some of his large/complex litigation matters.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have minimum 2+ years or more (senior lawyers welcome) plaintiff personal injury law experience in CTP (essential) and workers compensation (preferable not essential);
- have strong knowledge of relevant CTP legislation+procedures.
- Have had carriage of your own CTP files from start to finish;
- have strong litigation/advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills;
- are proactive + thrive in a busy fast-moving environment;
- are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career with a leading firm LONG-TERM.
