YOUR ROLE

As a valued member of this winning finance team [of 5], reporting to the Accounts Manager+ being supported by an accounts assistant, you will enjoy the autonomy+ variety+ rewards of being responsible for a full-spectrum of bookkeeping functions including:

• Payroll, accounts payable/receivables and billings;
• Reconciliations, trust/office accounts;
• Financial reporting+ other ad hoc accounting functions as required.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Have a diploma/certificate in accounting/bookkeeping;
• have 3-10+ years proven track record as bookkeeper;
• have had bookkeeping/accounting experience in a law firm [essential];
• have used Affinity or Locus accounting software [preferable but not essential];
• have strong numeracy skills+ accuracy+ keen eye for detail;
• are efficient+ deadline-driven;
• have proven ability to thrive in a busy multi-tasking environment;
