In this KEY role being mentored 1:1 and reporting to the Managing Partner (one of NSW’s most highly respected top ACCREDITED SPECIALIST personal injury partners) with a flourishing practice across CTP, public liability & professional/medical negligence, you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive difference in the ‘REAL’ lives of injured people.
You will be actively involved in the management of cases from A to Z with direct contact with clients/doctors/insurers/solicitors.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are admitted as a solicitor in NSW+ have MINIMUM 5+ years (or MORE) plaintiff personal injury law experience;
- have had experience in at least 2 or more of:1) CTP; 2) public liability;3) medical negligence.
- have strong technical legal knowledge of relevant legislation+research/drafting+ advocacy skills;
- are extremely astute+ client/results-driven+ proactive and have proven your ability to take full ownership of/accountability for yourwork;
- thrive in a busy vibrant dead-line driven team focused environment;
