Reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice/resolving disputes for high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:

• Drafting/advising regarding by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/ licences;
• Property/ construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Are EITHER a PROPERTY AND/OR CONSTRUCTION solicitor AND/OR COMMERCIAL LITIGATION solicitor with minimum 2 - 10+years’ experience;
• have had experience litigating property, construction and/or commercial disputes;
• have had some exposure to strata issues and/or acted for strata industry clients [preferable not essential];
• desire to proofing your career+ embark on a refreshing new career in STRATA LAW working with the best of the best industry leaders;
