As an integral part of this ‘stand-out’ Construction/Projects/Infrastructure team (being mentored by a top-notch advisory/transactions ‘front-end’ partner), representing blue-chip clients [major developers, construction companies, contractors/sub-contractors, government, financiers], you will relish applying all your technical legal+ commercial skills to deliver creative, practical and cost efficient solutions.

Specifically you’ll enjoy:

  • Providing ‘full-spectrum advice (from conception to completion) on all major projects (engineering/construction/procurement/Public Private Partnerships);
  • Drafting and negotiating tender and contract documentation;
  • Advising on contract administration, outsourcing, risk management.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • have 3+ years PAE experience as a solicitor in a building/construction/major projects/infrastructure practice;
  • have strong drafting, analytical, negotiation skills+ strong commercial acumen;
  • have proven ability to manage your own files+ client relationships;
  • are serious about carving out a long-term successful career as a ‘front-end’ building/construction/infrastructure lawyer (NOT as a litigator) with a leading national firm.
