Senior Family Lawyer (5 yrs-Senior Associate/Special Counsel)

**Flexibility HEAVEN** 1st-Class specialist firm. WFH/Remote. $100,000-$220,000+ Extra bonus $+ Perks. Wollongong or Sydney.

YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY pivotal role reporting to the Principal, you will relish the challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking full ownership of your own cases/clients.

Key areas include divorce/separation, children’s matters (care/protection, child support, parenting), property settlements, financial agreements & domestic violence.

INVITATION
We are interested in hearing from you IF you:

  • Have minimum 5 years post-admission experience (up to senior associate/special counsel level) in family law (including property and children’s matters);
  • Have strong technical knowledge of family law legislation +court practice/procedures in the Family/Children’s/Federal Circuit courts;
  • Possess strong drafting/negotiation/advocacy skills with high attention to detail;
  • Are highly adaptable + client-centric+ dead-line driven+ proactive+ results-focused;
  • Have outstanding communication+ people skills and love what you do;
