$38–$40 per hour | 9–12 month contract (possible ongoing)

Our agency is recruiting a Dental Receptionist for a busy specialist dental practice in the Sydney CBD. This is a long-term contract role, starting at 9 months with potential to extend to 12 months and possibly become ongoing.

Duties include:

• Greeting patients and managing front desk

• Answering phones and handling enquiries

• Responding to emails

• Booking appointments and managing diaries

• Invoicing patients after care

• General office administration

About you:

• Previous dental reception experience preferred

• Confident communication and customer service skills

• Organised, reliable, and able to multitask

• Familiar with appointment systems and invoicing (D4W, EXACT, Dental4Windows or similar is an advantage)
