YOUR ROLE

Reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice to high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:

  • Drafting/advice regarding by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/ licences;
  • Property/ construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Are EITHER a transactional/advisory PROPERTY AND/OR CONSTRUCTION solicitor AND/OR LITIGATION solicitor [litigating property/construction/strata disputes] with 2-15+years’ experience;
  • have had some exposure to strata issues and/or acted for strata industry clients;
  • are hungry for a UNIQUE BLUE-MOON opportunity to kick-start+ fast-track a refreshing career in STRATA LAW working with the best of the best industry leaders;
  • have a genuine keen interest in strata/community title law and looking to specialize in this exciting fast growing area of law.
