Lead Dentist | NDC Chadstone
Take the lead in a brand-new practice with strong support, 42% of billings, and a Quarterly bonus scheme. National Dental Care Chadstone is relocating to a purpose-built clinic in Chadstone Shopping Centre in August 2025. We're seeking a lead dentist to step into this full-time role (4–5 days/week), leading a close-knit team and building on the practice’s strong existing patient base.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled clinician looking to combine hands-on dentistry with leadership in a well-supported, high-traffic location.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading daily clinical operations and mentoring your team
- Providing a full range of general dental care: diagnostics, preventive, restorative and cosmetic
- Helping refine clinical protocols to ensure quality and consistency
- Supporting a positive, patient-focused team culture and collaborating with the practice manager on local marketing and growth
Requirements for this role:
- Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience
- Strong clinical capability across a broad range of treatments
- Leadership experience or a genuine interest in developing in this area
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
