Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurses with 3+ years of mental health experience (inpatient, community, or crisis teams)
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility to apply)
- Strong communication, empathy and clinical judgment
- A team player with a patient-first approach
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
