About the role :
Operating within AskACU Centres , the Coordinator, AskACU Centres is a key leadership position, instrumental in steering the development of a culture of excellence in service delivery. The incumbent works closely with the National Manager, AskACU Service Operations and other Coordinators to ensure the ongoing success of the integrated, national AskACU service model. In particular, this position will oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of the AskACU Centres, with a major focus on the provision of quality local face-to-face services, referral to expert advice, customer satisfaction and a fair and enjoyable work environment. The Coordinator will also provide strong management and leadership to a large, mainly casual and geographically dispersed workforce, including a comprehensive recruitment, induction and training program and professional development and performance management, to build capacity and implement strategies to ensure a culture of excellence in client service and continuous improvement.
