You’ll manage an established portfolio with a dedicated assistant handling external tasks, outsourced PCRs and strong support from the GM and Director.

About the Role

• Manage an established portfolio of approximately 200 properties
• Look after properties across Yanchep, Two Rocks and Eglington
• Build and maintain strong owner and tenant relationships
• Manage your portfolio with a high level of autonomy
• Attend properties when required
• Work closely with your dedicated assistant
• Liaise with the GM and Director for additional support
• Work within a structure where PCRs are outsourced

About You You’ll have:

• Strong portfolio management experience – essential
• Current Property Management Registration
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously
• A professional, positive and team-focused approach
• A genuine passion for Property Management
