Role Objective
T echnical writers are responsible for the development of content that communicates valuable information and knowledge on Remote Staff, Inc .’ s business processes to customers and members of the organization.
Responsibilities
Produce and organize business process documentation in multimedia formats
Create content for knowledge base and help centre entries
Research or maintain business process documentation or knowledge base templates
Assist in compiling and presentation of industry research or business intelligence reports
Propose recommendations for improving business process documentation and knowledge base maintenance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, or any relevant field of study
At least 2 years of relevant work as an effective Technical Writer
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
Experience in writing documentation
S uperb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
A bility to handle multiple projects simultaneously
