The Role:
This role will take ownership of developing, shaping & executing
the Paid strategy across all channels, with a particular focus on Meta & TikTok, as well as Google.
Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, and working within an incredibly high-performing team, you'll drive new customer acquisition, as well as increased conversion, for a portfolio of brands with super high repeat purchase rates.
You'll use your hands-on-the-tools experience to continue to drive & deliver cutting-edge, innovative campaigns, building on incredible trade results & triple-digit growth. This is a high-impact, highly strategic role, that will remain hands on with campaign execution, continuously identifying areas to improve & deliver strong commercial results.
