Civil Leading Hands – Permanent Opportunities Across Brisbane
Smith & Co is seeking experienced Civil Leading Hands to join several established contractors delivering major projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions. These are permanent positions offering strong salary packages, company vehicles and the opportunity to develop your career within leading civil construction businesses.
Current projects include road infrastructure, bulk earthworks and landfill works across locations such as Gympie Road, Yarrabilba, Redland Bay, Flagstone and Toowoomba. With significant workloads already secured, we're looking for capable Leading Hands who can take ownership of crews while remaining actively involved in day-to-day site operations.
You'll work closely with Supervisors and site management to coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors, maintain productivity and ensure works are completed safely and in line with project programs.
