As Senior Digital Executive in our Brisbane office, you'll help bring digital media strategies to life for 2 main clients. Sitting at the intersection of media activation, campaign performance, data, and client service, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaign execution, helping our clients achieve their business goals. You'll be a trusted digital specialist and a key contributor to performance campaign delivery.

We’ve got a great thing going in our Brissy office, and keen to add people to the team who are engaged, want to be there and contribute positively to team culture.

This is a hybrid based, permanent role.

Core responsibilities:

• Activate digital media campaigns across biddable and social platforms, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and in line with approved strategies.

• Monitor campaign results, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement improvements that enhance performance and maximise client outcomes.

• Prepare and present campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis, and performance reviews, translating data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.

• Manage bookings, specifications, tracking implementation, financial loadings, deadlines, and workflow processes to ensure operational excellence across all campaigns.

• Partner closely with clients, media partners, publishers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and foster collaborative ways of working.

A bit about you:

• Ideally experience activating and managing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or other digital channels.

• Comfortable working with campaign data, reporting tools, dashboards, and Excel to uncover insights and make informed recommendations.

• Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Passionate about digital media, committed to continuous learning, and eager to contribute positively to team culture while supporting the development of others.
