Job DescriptionAs a Home and Community Care provider, you will have the opportunity to support individuals in their own homes and within the community to help them live independently and comfortably. Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and providing companionship and emotional support.
Key RequirementsNo formal qualifications are required to join our team in Home and Community Care, however, experience in a similar role or a background in healthcare or social services is advantageous. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to those in need.
