Commercial Property Manager – $120K + Super
Perth CBD | Flexible Hours | Supportive Team
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio with a strong focus on industrial assets. This role offers autonomy, support, and the chance to join a high-performing team within a well-regarded property management group.

The Role:
You’ll manage a portfolio that is primarily industrial, with some retail and commercial office assets. With access to industry-leading software and a collaborative team, you’ll be supported to deliver exceptional service to clients while enjoying flexibility in your working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of industrial, retail, and commercial office properties
  • Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, and arrears management
  • Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and compliance requirements
  • Build and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships
  • Prepare budgets, reports, and financial documentation using Cirrus8

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager
  • Strong understanding of industrial property management (retail/office a bonus)
  • Proficiency with Cirrus8 software highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
