Oporto started in 1986 with one restaurant in Bondi. Since then we have grown to over 180 restaurants across Australia and internationally. We are passionate about our people, customers and creating flavour packed flame grilled chicken meals. We are looking for Shift Supervisors right now!
As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful leadership of a team to deliver overall brand standards and results. You will motivate, coach, and support your team to drive feel-good customer experiences, deliver delicious safe food, drive sales, and maximise profit all whilst maintaining the overall safety of the team and customers. You will use your time management and communication skills together with your can-do attitude to ensure all tasks are completed to best in class standards and that our customers are always our top priority.

As a shift supervisor you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the team to be at their best every shift and be a champion for the customer.
