Salary from $91,971per annum plus Super Fixed term until 30 June 2027 opportunity Hybrid working model, Melbourne CBD office location About the Role: We're seeking a Senior Workforce Planner on a fixed term basis until 30 June 2027 to lead strategic and operational workforce planning for the BPC. This role is responsible for forecasting resource needs, developing and managing staff rosters, allocating work, and generating performance and capacity reports. Using data-driven insights and forecasting tools, you'll ensure staffing aligns with operational demands to deliver efficient, high-quality services. You'll also oversee and enhance workforce planning processes, standardise reporting, and adapt strategies to meet evolving organisational needs. As a key liaison between operational teams and support services, you'll drive workforce performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. What we are looking for: Demonstrated experience leading operational reporting and analysing workforce performance data. Proven ability to develop and present meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. Minimum three years' workforce management experience within a call centre or comparable operational environment. Experience managing forecasting, scheduling, rostering, and workforce planning processes. Ability to coordinate resources and adapt workforce plans in response to changing operational demands. Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
