We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home and Community Care workers in Moe, VIC. This is a casual position with an hourly rate, starting immediately. Job Description:As a Home and Community Care worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in their own homes and within the community. Your duties may include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. You will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.
