The Role
We’re representing a major force in Australia’s clean energy transition — an organisation delivering landmark infrastructure that will redefine how the nation is powered. They’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who can do more than advise — someone who can influence strategy, navigate complexity, and keep big ideas moving without losing sight of the details.
From high-value commercial agreements to navigating regulatory frameworks, you’ll be embedded at the heart of the action. This is where legal skill meets commercial insight — where you’ll work alongside senior leaders to shape projects that will be talked about for decades.
About You
NSW-admitted solicitor, ideally with 5–7 years PQE.
Proven experience in major projects and complex commercial contracts.
Skilled at spotting risks early — and knowing when to push, when to pivot, and when to hold the line.
Able to influence and hold your own with stakeholders at every level.
