• $36.81 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:06 PM (no weekend work!)
• Ongoing casual role with a real pathway to permanency

About the Role
You'll join a supportive team specialising in steel security doors and frames, working alongside experienced tradespeople across powder coating, fabrication, and assembly. It's hands-on, varied work where quality and teamwork matter — a great opportunity to build your skills while securing long-term employment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with powder coating, fabrication, and assembly
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Helping meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe
• Following WHS policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or as a trades assistant
• Confidence with hand tools and basic machinery
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work
• A reliable, team-first attitude
• Availability for early 6:00 AM starts, Monday to Friday
