A Little Bit About the Role…

As a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Kent St, you’ll play a key role in the daily success of the store. You will:

• Lead and develop your team -coaching, motivating, and building a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Kathmandu’s values.
• Bring a customer‑obsessed mindset -delivering exceptional service and turning outdoor enthusiasts into loyal brand advocates.
• Drive operational excellence -managing stock, visual merchandising, store standards, and daily processes to keep everything running smoothly.
• Use strong commercial awareness -understanding KPIs, sales targets, and local trends to drive performance and maximise results.
• Champion the outdoors and sustainability -embodying our purpose and inspiring customers through authentic passion for adventure.
