Yarrawonga Health is a reputable aged care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our elderly residents. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to the well‑being and comfort of our residents.
Working in Warrina, you will utilise a person‑centred care approach to the provision of the physical and emotional needs of residents / clients. You will participate in their total care and orientate to their individual needs to enable them to live a meaningful life and maintain their self‑respect. All clinical staff work all shifts across the 24 hour day and at 7 days of the week, inclusive of public holidays.
Situated on the heart of the Murray River, Yarrawonga Health provides acute, surgical, community and aged care support for the region. About the Role
The Registered Nurse / ANUM is a member of the multidisciplinary health care team and uses contemporary standards and evidence to underpin practice. Being part of a multidisciplinary team, staff members will provide high quality nursing care for all patients / residents.
This position will provide a high quality and effective service of assessment, support, advice and referral to enhance health, safety and well‑being through involvement with patients and their carers.
Yarrawonga Health's clinical staff function as part of the healthcare team, at times working across disciplines, promoting good communication and working relationships between all units. We are a small rural hospital that functions as one team, clinical staff may be relocated to other areas within the service to assist at times of roster shortages.
