About the Role

Key Outcomes :

• Provide expert advice and support on contract management and risk mitigation.
• Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and execution, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on contract status and performance.
• Drive improvements in contract management systems and processes, including automation and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contract‑related issues and support business objectives.
