The opportunity
Based at a medium size residential aged care facility in Hobart, you’ll take charge during night shifts, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. You’ll be supported by a collaborative management team and work closely with care staff to maintain a safe, compassionate, and professional environment.
What you’ll bring:

Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.

Experience in residential aged care (preferred).

Passion for providing quality care to older Australians.

Knowledge of aged care quality standards & AN-ACC guidelines.

Strong clinical skills and ability to make sound decisions.

Leadership skills, including delegation to AINs.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with sound computer literacy.
