We are currently seeking an experienced Law Clerk to support a Senior Solicitor leading a busy and established Public Liability practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior personal injury experience who is looking to build a long-term career in plaintiff law within a supportive and high-performing team.

About the Role:

Working closely with a Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing public liability files from inception through to resolution. You will gain valuable hands‑on experience and ongoing mentorship while developing your technical and client management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting correspondence and court documents
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical providers and counsel
• Assisting with liability investigations and evidence gathering
• Preparing briefs and supporting matter progression
• Managing file administration and key deadlines

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm (essential)
• Exposure to public liability matters (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury
