Why choose ESA

We’re more than a workplace, we’re a community of professionals who care deeply about what we do and how we do it. Here’s what you can expect:

  3. Professional development: Generous PD allowance, 3 days of PD leave, and expert-led in-house training.
  4. Team collaboration: Work alongside experienced clinicians in a truly multidisciplinary setting.
  5. Mental health & wellbeing: Flexible work options, wellbeing budgets, and meaningful support.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care.
  • Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education, support, and advocacy.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine your practice to ensure best-practice service delivery.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration.
  • A passion for working with children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, team-based environment.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience with paediatric clients and confidence working closely with families is highly valued.
  • Up-to-date compliance checks (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence & Vehicle.

Ready to make a difference?

If you're ready to build a fulfilling career while making a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Apply now and become part of a team that’s changing lives — one child, one family at a time.
